This building belongs to the end of 19-th century with an impressive architecture.
The walls are decorated with mural painting and golden decorative elements. The lighting elements
are made by Bohemia crystal, and the main staircase of Carrara marble. The rooms are decorated by
original paintings and sculptures which belong to end of the 19-th century.
The building has been consolidated, renovated and modernized (1993-1995).
The building is composed of 3 parts:
The first part located on 6 levels:
- 2 levels in the underground: the first being a storage room, the second consisting of 3 rooms at the
moment arranged as restaurant and bar for 60 people, toilets and a kitchen that can serve up to 250
people
- the basement is arranged as a reception, where we find the wardrobe and other 3 rooms used as
restaurant bar, gambling, terrace and toilets
